Below is a review of information regarding material pick-up, which is scheduled for this Monday OR Tuesday. Please review the information in its entirety or visit the “About – News” section of our website to listen to the narrated presentation that was distributed on August 13, 2020. Thank you!
Material Pick-Up
August 31st and September 1st are designated days for families to pick-up materials at the school. Choose either day that works well, and please follow the schedule and guidelines:

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM = Students with Last Names Beginning with A-H (Aug. 31 or Sept. 1)10:30 AM – 12:00 PM = Students with Last Names Beginning with I-P (Aug. 31 or Sept. 1)1:15 PM – 2:45 PM = Students with Last Names Beginning with Q-Z (Aug. 31 or Sept. 1)If you are unable to pick-up materials based upon the above schedule, please contact Ms. Kristy Harbaugh, our office manager, to discuss other options.
Guidelines–
– Please practice social distancing on campus
– Please have only one (1) adult accompany the student(s) per family
– An adult (without the child/student) is also welcome to pick-up the materials
– Please do not pick-up materials if you are sick or have the following symptoms:
Any one (1) of the following: Fever, Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing, Loss of Taste or Smell, New or Worsening Cough, or Vomiting
Any two (2) of the following: Sore throat, Muscle or Body aches, Chills or Fatigue, Headache, Congestion or Runny nose, Diarrhea, or Nausea
– Please wear a mask/face covering (children and adults)
– Please park in the front lot, enter through the main doors, and report directly to your child(ren)’s classroom(s)
– In an effort to socially distance and limit in-person interactions, material pick-up times are not designed to serve as orientations or social gatherings. However, the staff is still exploring ways to introduce themselves to our incoming 1st graders, rising 4th graders transitioning to upper elementary, and students new to CMCS.
