The Open Enrollment period for any given school year runs from October 1st until December 15th. If the number of first grade applicants exceeds the number of openings at the December 15th deadline for Open Enrollment, enrollment will be determined by public lottery to be held by the second Monday in January each year.  In accordance with SC Charter School law, the lottery will also determine the wait list orders for the higher grades.

2025-2026 Application for Enrollment Consideration

Admission and the order of the waiting list is determined by the lottery. Children who submit Application for Enrollment Consideration forms after the Open Enrollment period are placed on the waiting list in the order in which the Application for Enrollment Consideration is received by the CMCS office.

You can also still apply for the 2023-2024 school year.  To apply for the current school year, please complete the 2024-2025 Application for Enrollment Consideration to be placed on the waitlist.

If your child is on the waiting list, you will receive periodic updates from CMCS as to their position on the list. When a spot opens for your child you will be notified.
