Remember all those beautiful items from each CMCS classroom hand-crafted by our very own students for the Eat Play Love Gala that sadly never was? It’s time to get them into the hands of some lucky (and generous!) folks to help raise money for a 14-passenger CMCS bus.

This year’s auction will raise money to purchase a 14-passenger bus to help with field trip transportation. The teachers and students enjoyed creating their classroom projects this year and we hope you all enjoy them! We are also very grateful to the parents and community members who also donated items to help us reach our goal. Auction Rules: – Bidding will begin no earlier than 10:00 AM on Monday, March 26, 2018 – The first bid must be in an amount equal to or greater than the opening bid for the item being bid on. The opening bid will be stated in the photo description. – The bidding increment for each item is $10.00. All subsequent bids must be in an amount equal to or greater than $10.00 more than the prior bid. Any bids not in compliance will be disqualified. – Bids will be made by commenting on the photo of the item you would like to purchase. – If you do not use Facebook but would like to place a bid, you may email Ms. Kristy in the main office at firstname.lastname@example.org with your bid amount and CMCS administration will place a bid on your behalf. – Bidding will end at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 30, 2018. The Facebook timestamp will be used as the official time. – You must be at least 18 years of age to place a valid bid. Any bids placed by a minor will be deleted. – Your bid constitutes a commitment to purchase the item on which you have bid. – You may pay for and receive your item in the main office of Coastal Montessori Charter School from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM on Friday, March 30, 2018 or between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM from April 9, 2018 to April 11, 2018. – If an item is not paid for and claimed by 2:00 PM on April 11, 2018 we will contact the next highest bidder.
