Marching Along!

We welcomed two new first year family members to our community this week! Ask your kiddo how they are making our newcomers feel welcome!

You may have heard about the kids’ new favorite classroom game, “Night Watchman.” This instructional strategy (Shhh! They don’t know they’re learning!) is a drama technique that builds body control, voice control, concentration, focus, and creativity. Ask your scholar to teach you how to play at home!

We had the pleasure of visiting the UE Wax Museum last night. Ask your scholar about the famous individuals they were able to “meet.”

Our favorite activities this week were making class books and comprehension games (whole group), retelling ropes (1st), reptiles (all), and card work for dental health.
