Eat Play Love Raises $15,000 for New Playground

To say fun was had by all at the Eat Play Love fundraising gala could be the understatement of the year!  With nearly 250 in attendance on February 13, 2015, ticket sales and auction items raised $15,000 to help build the playground at our new school. Of course, the biggest-ticket items were the hand-made creations lovingly competed for by parents of each CMCS classroom in a live auction.

Sketches by SGA Architecture of the new school, scheduled to open for the 2016-2017 school year, were unveiled at the event and capital campaign donors were recognized for their contributions. Speaking of contributions, there are countless people who contributed to the event either with money, time or the donation of an auction item, but there would be no event if not for the love, caring and amazing talent of our very own Ms. Tia and Ms Kristy who came up with the Eat Play Love fundraiser idea and executed it to perfection. THANK YOU to them and to all those who helped and contributed.
