Classroom Expectations & Curriculum
At the beginning of the year our class came together to develop the expectations for behavior. This was a collaborative effort by the students with the teachers simply observing. The following guidelines are the result of this student-led exercise. They believed these were the most important guidelines for our class and the teachers agreed, great job!
- We will help each other learn because we want to be good friends.
- We will be polite because we want to have good manners.
- We will be nice because we want to be friends.
- We will take care of our materials because we want them to last a long time and we deserve nice things.
- We will take care of our environment because we want to learn in a clean and peaceful space.
